This is 100% Original and 100% Brand New.

Nokia 6111 LCD Screen.
Once the phone has ben stripped this part is fairly easy to replace as it is a Push-Fit ie no soldering required....This part is what you would get if you were to take your phone for repair to a Nokia Service Centre. The only difference is that you replace the panel yourself.

Fitting:
Once you have opened your phone then you will find that this screen is a Push-On type Fit ie no soldering. Plug-In parts are rated as fairly easy to fit or replace. To find out whether you would be able to fit then see whether you can open your phone and remove your old screen. If you can do this, then you should be able to this part.
