Product Description

What does this do? This jig is designed to automatically lift IC and other components off a mobile phone motherboard using Hot Air (not supplied), safety. Never slip again or damage other components when trying to remove items from your motherboard. This jig will ÏsafelyÓ remove components if used correctly.

To use: Simply clamp the component you wish to remove into the auto-clamps, next apply Hot Air to to the component, once the solder has melted the jig will automatically start to gently lift the IC upwards and away from the motherboard. For example: We begin with a basic understanding of parts and components that make up the phone. Proceed to basic repairs (changing parts) and repair tips. Stage Two: Soldering techniques, for example how to ÏquicklyÓ remove and replace on/off switches. Stage 3: Understanding and using a Hot Air Rework Station, its settings and its usesÓ. Hot Air re-flow techniques, applying hot-air as a means to repair. Stage 5: In this class you will learn how to correct and repair "Bad Signals" on say Nokia phones.
